One Clydesdale’s Journey

Well, training hasn’t been going as good as it should be. My motivation just hasn’t been there over the past few weeks.

And it turns outs Shelly’s motivation has been lacking as well. So, this weekend we watched a handful of Triathlon races that we recorded on the DVR to get us going. It worked, we both felt guilty for slacking off and started working on our new training plans.

As for next weekend’s plans for a 15k, it’s a scratch due to work. But we have 5k’s coming up in the next few months which will help keep us honest.
